President - Craig Brasher, PE, SE
Background:
Craig is the founder and president of Ally Structural Consulting, bringing over 17 years of experience as a structural engineer. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE - Civil) in multiple states and holds a Structural Engineer (SE) license, qualifying him to design buildings of any size, occupancy, or complexity.
Craig began his career in residential design and construction management before transitioning into structural engineering in 2007. Since then, he has worked extensively as a consulting engineer on a wide range of public and private-sector projects. He has served as a peer review engineer for the City of Boise and played a key role in developing local amendments to IBC snow load requirements as a member of the Boise Building Code Committee. His work has been featured nationally as the project engineer for the cover article of the February 2016 issue of STRUCTURE magazine.
Craig is known for his hands-on, team-oriented approach to structural design. He values strong communication, intelligent problem-solving, and long-term relationships with clients and design partners. His leadership style focuses on staying engaged throughout all phases of a project—from early concept through construction—ensuring practical, coordinated, and cost-effective structural solutions.
